It took Shaun one training session after my PT for him to pinpoint how severely my right and left shoulder and arm movements were misaligned along with the limitations in my range of motion. He immediately adapted my training program to successfully resolve these imbalances and lack of symmetry. I am deeply grateful to Shaun for his careful attention to my ever-changing body dynamics and training needs as I grow older. I have no doubt that without his skillful guidance and support over the last decade I would be limping along through life today with several physical deformities and their associated limitations and physical pain.
